Scope of works

• Suspended Ceiling package
• New Fit-out to form an array of private offices, focus rooms and open plan areas, arranged over four floors.
• Extensive areas of new plasterboard ceiling & margins, incorporating recessed light troughs, interfaced with ceiling bays formed with bespoke SAS Service Profiles providing support for SAS System 330 BRIG DM Mesh & Ultra-Micro perforated tiles.
• Feature GRG light troughs and curved upstands installed to Meeting Room, Collaboration & Staircase areas, interfaced with Fabric, Barrisol and Ecophon ceilings.
• Curved feature Plasterboard margins & GRG installed to new Café Lounge & Food Servery area, SAS system 120 ceiling installed to newly constructed Kitchen and associated areas.
• Acoustic plasterboard ceiling, with integral Uni-strut Sub-grid to suspend services, all concealed with Ecophon Focus ceiling installed to Gym Studios.
