Scope of works
- Suspended Ceiling and Dry Lining package
- Installation of new SAS 330 System ceiling with Fire Barriers installed within the ceiling void. Plasterboard margins to the external & internal elevations, the external margin incorporating a recessed ‘Blind Box’ detail.
- Relining of existing core wall & perimeter columns including re-construction of Shaftwall service ducts.
- New WC’s were constructed within the existing cores with drywall partitions, gyplyner wall linings & plasterboard ceilings.
- The Goods lift lobby area were also refurbished with re-lining of walls and installation of bespoke metal plank tile ceiling.
Brookfield Properties
9,000 sq. ft. fit-out as a Show Floor for potential tenants.
